RAMEN KING KEISUKE
THIS AWARD-WINNING RAMEN IS TAKING OVER L.A.
Celebrity chef Keisuke Takeda, the founder of Ramen King Keisuke, is beloved for his world-renowned, award-winning ramen that is fast, casual comfort food at its best.
With nearly two dozen locations throughout Singapore and Japan, there are now SoCal shops in Monterey Park and Century City with plans to open a dozen more in areas including Torrance, Marina del Rey, Studio City and the Fairfax District to name a few.

Helmed by the Ramen Champion of Tokyo, Chef Keisuke Takeda, Ramen King Keisuke showcases his award-winning Tonkotsu Broth Ramen where the secret is his bone broth, which is boiled for over ten hours to ensure that the flavors are fully absorbed and melded together in the dish, resulting in a luscious, silky-smooth bowl of the most satisfying ramen soup.

In 2011, Chef Keisuke Takeda won the title of Ramen Champion at the Tokyo Ramen Championships—an annual gathering of more than 30,000 ramen chefs in Japan who compete for the highly coveted honor.
At Ramen King Keisuke, a must-try is the lobster broth ramen. The dish is so flavorful with its lobster-rich soup, pork lion Chashu (simmered/braised pork), cut spring onion, mushrooms, Japanese seaweed and flavored with an egg. The other ramen dishes feature Chef’s famous Classic Tonkotsu Ramen—the gold standard of Japanese soups.
Other menu items include Maki (sushi). These rolls tend to be quite simple—think tuna roll, salmon roll and vegetarian roll along with spicy options. While they may satisfy a sushi craving, it really is all about the ramen here. That’s what you really need to order.

According to the powers that be, the mission at Ramen King Keisuke is straight forward.
“We want to spread the joy of a hearty bowl of award-winning ramen to all of America, made with the freshest produce and served up with uncompromising quality.”
At the Century City Mall location, the ramen shop is in the food court and the concept is simple and easy. Order, pay and eat. There are no long wait times. Your rousing ramen will be ready in minutes. A joyous food coma may follow.
Ramen King Keisuke is located at 141 N. Atlantic Blvd in Monterey Park, and at Westfield Century City.
