Club-button American Asian Italian Latin dine guide

The Spanish word for kiss, Beso, Eva Longoria Parker's traditional steakhouse with a Latin flair is just as spicy and tantalizing as you’d think a peck from the lovely actress herself would be.

Located in Crystals at CityCenter, adjacent to ARIA Hotel & Spa on the Strip, Beso encourages you to indulge in fine food, superior service and extensive wine selections and spirits. After delicious dining do unwind and cut a rug in the 10,000 sq. ft. 'EVE' Nightclub upstairs.

Passionate when it comes to cooking, the beautiful ‘Desperate Housewife’ has teamed up with the culinary talents of celebrated chef Todd English and the results are an array of memorable dishes, from flavorful, tender cuts of aged beef to an assortment of fresh ceviche selections. Like her popular original Beso in Hollywood, the Las Vegas interpretation pairs delicious fare with impeccable service and a luxuriously hip ambience.

Do start your meal with the Eva’s Avocado Guacamole with crispy tortilla chips. A signature starter item the tasty guacamole is begging to be paired with a cocktail, and you have your choice of several savory concoctions, including the Raspberry Beso with Belvedere Black Raspberry, Briottet Cassis, fresh raspberries, lemon, and Red Bull float, to the Cucumber Spa prepared with Don Julio Silver, cucumber essence hand extracted lime, and agave nectar, as well as “The” Mojito with Myers's Platinum, Lime, Hierba Buena Club Soda, cheese stuffed olives, and rosemary spear.

If you hit it big at the tables and you want to feel like a real Vegas high roller then go for the Longoria’s Cadillac Margarita which goes for a whopping $150 and is made with Don Julio Tequila Real, Grand Marnier 150th Anniversary, hand extracted Persian lime juice, and organic agave nectar.

Another must-have appetizer is the Taquiera Tasting consisting of three mini tacos of chili-rubbed skirt steak, tuna tartare, creamy lobster salad, balik salmon, creme fraiche, caviar, and fennel & pea tendril salad. It’s really a shame this order doesn’t come in entrée size as it’s fantastic. The skirt steak taco is simply to die for.

You can’t go wrong with the Ceviche, and Eva’s Tortilla Soup with chicken, sour cream and salsa verde is also a great selection, especially if you’re aiming for a traditional Latino meal, but not so much if you’re looking for a somewhat healthy outing, but then again, you wouldn’t be here if that was the case so indulge and enjoy.

If the mini skirt steak taco wasn’t enough, and it won’t be, then feel free to order the Chili Rubbed Skirt Steak dinner as you won’t be disappointed, or go for the 8-oz Petit Filet if you don’t want to go too crazy.

Looking for satisfying Sides, you just have to order the Black Beans & Rice for the full experience, and of course you can’t go wrong with the Herb Beso Fries.

If you find yourself with enough room for dessert you have your selections of Chocolate Peanut Butter Bread Pudding, Cinnamon Sugar Dusted Churros, Plantains Con Créme, and the decadent Chocolate Kiss made with chocolate fudge brownie, vanilla ice cream and mini Chocolate Kisses.

Decorated in deep chocolate browns and rich gold finishes enveloping the restaurant's 6,000-square-foot interior, you’ll find just a splash of red marking the exhibition kitchen as tribute to the brand's signature kiss. Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase CityCenter's striking architecture with premium views of the ARIA fountains. Beso's intimate patio is situated on a bustling corner of Crystals overlooking the ARIA porte cochere, offering outdoor dining year round. The chic lounge brings forth a vivacious mix-and-mingle atmosphere — a premium location to enjoy before-dinner drinks or sip cocktails before a night out on the town.

Beso is located at 3720 S. Las Vegas Blvd at CityCenter on the Strip. Dining Room/Patio Hours: Sun - Thurs: 5:30 p.m. - 11 p.m.; Fri and Sat: 5:30 p.m. – midnight. Lounge Hours: Sun - Thurs: 5:30 p.m. - 11 p.m.; Wed - Sat: 5:30 p.m. until 2 a.m. For Reservations call 702-254-BESO (2376).
