ANNOUNCES MAIN STAGE HEADLINERS
November 2nd is Dia de Los Muertos, the Day of the Dead, a holiday that remembers the lives of the deceased with food, drink and celebration.
L.A.’s annual Dia de Los Muertos is a daylong festival that features gorgeous altars, Aztec dancers, five stages of music and dance, arts and crafts, a ritual procession and much more, attracting over 40,000 attendees from around the world.
Dia de los Muertos at Hollywood Forever cemetery was created to provide an authentic venue, in which this ancient tradition could be genuinely observed and celebrated. Home to the oldest memorial park in Hollywood dating back to 1899, Hollywood Forever hosts the largest Dia de Los Muertos celebration in the United States.
This year’s event, taking place on Saturday, November 2, will feature the following impressive array of artists on its mainstage.
Headliners Café Tacvba is widely recognized as the leading alternative rock band in Mexico and one of the most influential alternative groups from Latin America, leading a bohemian musical movement with its mix of rock, indigenous folk, electronic music and punk elements.
